Shipping Options:

Regular Mail: This option does not include a tracking number. Please keep in mind that Canada Post is currently experiencing slight delays. Some customers have received their Regular Mail deliveries later than the estimated date. However, rest assured that your grains will still ferment successfully if you follow our kefir-making instructions.

Xpresspost: This shipping option comes with a tracking number.

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Payment Methods:

PayPal: You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, UnionPay, or American Express cards with a registered billing address to make PayPal payments.

E-Transfer:

How to Make a Payment with Interac e-Transfer:

To use this method, you’ll need an account with a participating bank or credit union and an active email address or mobile phone number.

Follow these easy steps to send your payment:

Log into your online or mobile banking app and select your account.

Add our email address: sales@qualitykefir.com

Enter the total amount. In the description section, please include your full name and order number. We are registered for Auto Deposit, so there’s no need for a security answer.

Returns Policy:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products unless they arrive damaged. In the event of receiving damaged items, please promptly send us a picture of your shipment and the damaged item(s) to sales@qualitykefir.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
